Sign up Steps
Step #1. From the home page, click on any of the five links to open the Registration page (see image below).
Step #2. If you are new to the site you will be taken to the Registration page, fill in all of the bolded fields and then click "Register" at the bottom of the page. Be sure to enter an e-mail address or your information will not be processed.
Step #3. You will be taken to the "Thank You for Registering!" page. Click the link to continue the sign up process.
Step #4. On the Tournament Sign Up page, use the drop down menu next to "Number of Golfers" to select the number of golfers on your team, from "0-No golfers" to "4". Enter your teammates names and the names of any dinner guests.
Step #5. Check to make sure all of your information is correct, and then click on "Calculate Total" at the bottom of the page.
Step #6. Ensure that all of your information is correct. If you notice an error, click on the "Edit to make corrections". Once all of your information is correct, choose the method of payment you prefer by clicking on the appropriate button: credit card (see Step 7), check, or pay day-of.
Step #7. Credit card payment is made using our partner paypal.com, a fast, easy and secure way to pay with your Credit Card. You can also elect to pay with your PayPal account if you have one, but a PayPal account is NOT necessary to complete the transaction. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal credit cards. After clicking on the "Pay by Credit Card" link, the PayPal page will open. Check to make that it says "Pay to: Paypal@MikeHowardMemorial.com" and that your total is correct under the Checkout informaion at the top of the page. If you do not have a PayPal account, click on the "Secure Checkout" button on the bottom-left side of the page. If you have a PayPal account, login to your account using your e-mail address and password.
Step #8. Select the type of credit card you are using (i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal) from the drop down menu next to "Card Type" at the top of the page. Then enter your credit card number, expiration date, and card verification number directly below that. Check to make sure your First Name and Last Name entered are how they appear on the credit card you are using. Enter your home phone number in the field provided. Under "Security Measure," type the characters shown in the box in the field provided.
Step #9. You have successfully completed your transaction! If you would like to save your information, click on the "Save My Info" button on the bottom-right side of the page. If you would like to return to the Mike Howard Memorial page, click on the "Return to Merchant" button on the bottom-right side of the page.
